Ma'my and Buckwheat

These two sweet little bantam chicks are not old enough to fend for themselves while their Mama (Sandy) is on her vacation to Wisconsin. Guess who is babysitting Ma'my and Buckwheat?   They are just a tad smaller than the owl twins and the afro princess so they fit right in.. I already had to separate the bannys from the huge babies, so two more is no biggy at all.  I thank GOD that Robert and Stephanie had these huge blue tubs for me to use.  I have three of them to rotate out and clean daily while these babies get a little larger and stronger.  Coop is still under construction and taking a bit longer than anticipated.

Meanwhile.....   outside "Mr. Man" banny rooster has decided that the large dominiker hen looks too much like a huge rooster.... so they are in separate pens getting used to each other....

Everything is happening slower than I thought but all chickens are happy and ok while they wait and grow and get used to Enoch sniffing around.
